•                   19 year old PFC LaVena Lynn Johnson was brutally attacked,raped and  murdered on a secure Army base in Balad, Iraq in 2005, and despite the national and international interest in this case, none of the major networks in the United States have covered this story.  
•            12 year old Jameshia Conners went missing after leaving choir practice in November  2009 in Chicago, Illinois. An "Amber alert" was never issued,  and Jameshia was found strangled to death 2 weeks later.  Jameshia's family said  they felt there could have been more media attention to find her. 
•            9 year old Christian Ferguson was last seen on June 11 2003. His father told police he had stopped to use a pay phone at Skinker and Page boulevards in St. Louis about 6 a.m. and left Christian inside his SUV. He said someone took his vehicle and drove off with Christian inside.The SUV was found about two hours later in the city of Ferguson, but Christian was not inside. Christian's case has yet to receive coverage from the national media.
